Eileen Birchall is an IACP-accredited Creative Arts Psychotherapist working with children aged 5+, adolescents, and adults. She provides a warm, safe, and compassionate space to explore life’s challenges, supporting healing, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth.

Eileen has over ten years of experience across counselling, additional needs support, and therapeutic group work. She supports individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief, bereavement and loss, self-harm, addiction, and a range of additional needs.

Holding an MSc in Creative Arts Psychotherapy, Eileen has specialist training in trauma, children and loss, art therapy, and therapeutic play. Her integrative, creative approach combines talking, creative arts, and play to help clients build resilience, gain insight, and create lasting positive change.
