I have been working as a psychologist for over 15 years, and throughout my journey, I’ve learned that empathy and providing a safe and welcoming environment are the most important tools for practicing this profession with excellence. I believe each person brings unique needs that must be addressed with sensitivity and care.
I work from an integrative perspective and primarily use a Jungian approach in my practice.

I greatly value the use of symbols, particularly the material that emerges through dreams. This perspective has taught me to develop a broader understanding of the human being and has provided me with tools to, together with the client, explore the messages the unconscious seeks to bring into consciousness.
As Jung wisely said: “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate.”
