Hello:) My name is Amy, I am a therapist in training, currently completing a Master’s in integrative counselling and psychotherapy with ICHAS. My academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology, and I am currently working in an addiction and homelessness service. I have extensive experience working with vulnerable individuals facing complex mental health challenges.

My goals are to provide a supportive, empathetic and nonjudgmental environment regardless of background or identity. My personal journey with depression, anxiety and grief highlighted the importance of therapy and inspired me to support others on their own mental health journey. I draw from psychodynamic, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioural approaches, adapting my techniques to meet the needs of each individual.
