As a therapist, I specialise in working with neurodiverse clients, providing support for both teenagers and adults navigating unique challenges in their personal lives. With extensive experience in the educational system, I have developed a deep understanding of how neurodivergence can impact learning, behaviour, and emotional well-being. This background allows me to offer tailored therapeutic approaches that prioritise individual needs and empower clients to reach their full potential.
In addition to my work with neurodiverse individuals, I also support people dealing with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, stress, and identity crises. I take a holistic and compassionate approach to therapy, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, build coping skills, and develop strategies for overcoming life’s obstacles. My focus is on helping clients gain self-awareness, build resilience, and foster healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I understand that every person’s journey is unique, which is why I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based methods while also considering each client’s individual circumstances and experiences. By offering a personalised therapeutic experience, my goal is to help individuals find balance, achieve emotional well-being, and lead more fulfilling lives. Whether addressing mental health challenges, personal growth, or identity exploration, I am dedicated to supporting clients on their path toward healing and self-discovery.
