About Me
My journey in therapy work is guided by a passion for personal growth and supporting others in creating meaningful change in their lives. With a BA in Psychology from the University of Tirana and an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from ICHAS College, I bring both academic knowledge and practical experience to my work. As a pre-accredited member of the APCP, I am committed to ongoing professional development while working towards full accreditation.
My experience includes supporting individuals affected by addiction, as well as working with neurodiverse clients, including those on the autism spectrum. This work has deepened an appreciation for the uniqueness of each person’s journey and the different ways people view the world. In therapy, a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space is provided where clients can express themselves openly and work towards self-understanding and growth.
Drawing from an integrative approach, a variety of therapeutic modalities are combined, including but not limited to Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Inner Child work, and Gestalt Therapy, tailored to each client’s individual needs. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is central to the practice, fostering genuine connection, healing, and lasting change.
Areas of speciality include anxiety, work-related issues, trauma, addiction, family and relationship difficulties, and supporting neurodiverse clients, among others. Each session provides an opportunity to explore experiences and strengthen the sense of self with empathy, understanding, and collaboration.
Outside the therapy room, time is spent enjoying nature, connecting with animals and people, sharing good coffee, and engaging in long, meaningful conversations.
