My name is Vsevolod Oglo. I am a psychotherapy student at ICHAS. I follow the values of full inclusiveness, regardless of age, gender, sexual or political orientation. I am neurodiversity-friendly and have extensive experience working with people who experience mental health challenges. As a trainee integrative psychotherapist, I became interested in logotherapy, CBT, Gestalt, and Existential therapies.

My journey began in 2017, when I arrived in Ireland, completely unaware of the social norms, language, and prospects that stood before me. As an immigrant with no language skills, I struggled to find employment and had financial challenges. I eventually found employment as an elderly caregiver, which allowed me to reconnect with my community. In these difficult times, I realized that connecting with people and supporting them in overcoming their challenges is my calling. I began to explore my community further and spent four years working in intellectual disability services for children, adolescents, and adults.

I took major interest in psychotherapeutic career when I joined my undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology. Spirituality attracted my attention, inspiring me to explore a variety of religions and cultures. I suffered with mental health and faced significant existential challenges. After I discovered how to deal with it, I realized I wanted to help others with their Hero’s Journey. I chose Inner Voice Inner Journey to fulfil this duty.
