Ursula is a humanistic integrative psychotherapist having trained with DBS for 4 years at Higher Diploma and Masters’ level. She also holds a BA (Hons) degree in psychology.
Ursula began practising as a
psychotherapist in 2020, having worked in the legal industry for 25 years. She supports clients using a person-centred approach integrating therapeutic models and real-life experience ultimately seeking to assist clients to discover their true selves and navigate the obstacles they encounter in living their lives to the fullest.
Ursula’s therapeutic approach is firmly based on Carl Rogers core conditions and Carl
Jung’s ethos of being an expert in all theories and techniques, but working as a human soul touching another human soul.
Ursula’s practice areas include gender, sexuality, neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, confidence, self-esteem, grief
and pet loss.
Training focus
Psychodynamic, Gestalt, experiential, body psychotherapy, existentialism and psychoanalysis.
Personal practice interests
Ursula has a huge personal interest in shamanism, particularly Celtic Shamanism,shamanic healing and
also grounding in nature and nature therapy.
