Sarah is currently completing a Masters in Psychotherapy with Dublin City University. She works with an integrative approach which allows her to use multiple modalities such as Humanistic, CBT, and Psychodynamic to inform her care. Her predominant focus would be a Humanistic approach which values the individual as a whole person and focuses on their autonomy and own personal sense of self.

She invites anybody to meet with her and would have experience working with neurodivergence and people who identity with the LGBTQIA+ communities.
She has previously worked with the Samaritans volunteer organisation where she spoke with a variety of people who needed to talk with someone.
