Rate: €70 – €80 

Paula is a fully accredited clinical psychologist with over 20 years experience, she provides clinical support for adults facing  a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem and confidence, family conflicts or other forms of psychological suffering. As well as neurodiversity-related issues.

She also provides clinical support for children, supporting them through emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, and  works closely with parents to help them better understand and support their child.

In addition, she works with adolescents, supporting them through identity-related conflicts and transitional challenges.

Paula holds a master’s degree in Clinical and Pathological Psychology from the Sorbonne University of Paris. She provides therapy in English, French and Portuguese. Paula is most inspired by psychoanalytic theory and systemic approach. During the sessions, you will be encouraged to reflect on the roots of your suffering and exercise self-knowledge in a gentle way. It is a careful support towards a feeling of emotional security and inner peace.
