Luigsech (pronounced Lee-shock) is a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist, holding a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.

She brings both personal experience and professional expertise to her practice. Her own experience as a client in therapy has given her a deep understanding of the process, as well as the transformative potential of therapy.

Her approach is integrative, drawing on Humanistic, Person-Centred, and Attachment-Based therapy alongside other modalities, all grounded in a neuroaffirmative approach. Rather than working from a single fixed framework, she adapts her approach to each client, offering a confidential, collaborative space to explore what matters most to them.

Luigsech holds a Professional Certificate in Adolescent Psychotherapy and has undertaken specialist training in Polyvagal Theory, deepening her understanding of how the nervous system responds to stress, trauma, and connection. This body-informed lens allows her to work with a wider range of presentations and bring greater depth to her clinical practice.

She works with adults facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, attachment difficulties, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and neurodivergent challenges. Luigsech maintains regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development in line with IACP standards.
