I am a pre-accredited counsellor with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS). Before becoming a counsellor, I spent many years working in leadership and management, giving me a deep understanding of the pressures people face while balancing work, relationships, change, and everyday life.

I provide a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is important to you at a pace that feels right. My approach is humanistic and integrative, with the therapeutic relationship at its heart. I believe that feeling heard, accepted, and understood creates the foundation for meaningful change.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am passionate about providing counselling that is inclusive and affirming. I welcome people from all backgrounds and identities, including those who are neurodivergent, and strive to create a space where you feel respected, valued, and free to be yourself.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, identity questions, grief, or simply feeling stuck, we will work together with compassion, authenticity, and respect as you move towards greater understanding, resilience, and confidence.
