I’m a dedicated and compassionate student counsellor working towards a BA (Hons) Counselling and Psychology. I’m a member of the LGBT+ community, with a particular interest in working with LGBT+ and neurodiverse clients. My approach is rooted in Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), which emphasises empathy, unconditional positive regard, and the belief in each client’s inherent potential for personal growth.

I provide a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for all individuals. I believe in the power of a non-directive, client-led approach to therapy, where the client is the expert on their own experiences. By focusing on creating a trusting and supportive environment that allows clients to explore their identities, emotions, and challenges without fear of judgment. As a member of the LGBT+ community, I understand the unique experiences and struggles that we face. I am committed to supporting clients through issues related to coming out, identity exploration, relationships, and navigating societal challenges.

I am particularly skilled in helping clients build resilience and self-acceptance, drawing on their own lived experiences and professional training to offer empathetic and informed support.I am also passionate about advocating for neurodiverse individuals, understanding the ways in which their brains function and the strengths they possess, helping them to embrace their uniqueness and develop effective strategies to thrive in academic and social settings.
