Life can be tough sometimes. We often feel stuck, not in control – and struggle to make sense of the repeating stories in our lives. Building an awareness and understanding of your patterns, can help restore your confidence, your peace of mind, and your connection to yourself and others. I offer a friendly and welcoming therapeutic space, where I use different approaches like CBT, Person-Centred Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Therapy to fit what works best for you and help you navigate your problems. I’m also Internal Family Systems informed, which means I can help you understand and heal different “parts” of yourself—like the anxious worried part or the critical part— and support you in reconnecting with your true self. I take a holistic approach, conscious of the mind-body connection, and I recognise how our body holds onto past experiences, and I use that awareness to support your emotional healing.
I’m especially passionate about supporting young adults through big life changes, and in particular adjusting to an ADHD diagnosis, as I know how challenging that transition can be. I have a background in both Psychology and Integrated Psychotherapy, and I truly believe in the power of therapy to help you heal and grow. I’ll work collaboratively alongside you, using creative ideas to help you tackle your challenges, and boost your self-acceptance and understanding, to assist and support you in reaching your goals.
So, if you’re feeling stuck, or just need someone to talk to, why not take that first step towards a calmer and more fulfilled life.
