Elaine is a fully accredited Psychotherapist with a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is passionate about helping individuals with anxiety-related issues regain a sense of safety and self-trust. Her approach helps people reconnect with their strengths and values, so they can live in a way that feels more authentic and aligned.

Elaine specialises in working with anxiety-related concerns, including health anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, generalised anxiety disorder, relationship anxiety, and trauma. Her practice is neuro-affirming, offering a safe and inclusive space for exploration and growth.

As an Integrative therapist, Elaine draws from a range of therapeutic approaches. She uses person-centred methods, which focus on each client’s unique experiences and their natural capacity for growth – always at the client’s pace and with an emphasis on their strengths. She also integrates Gestalt techniques to support clients in understanding their present-moment experience.

Elaine values the mind-body connection and incorporates tools such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), breathwork, and gentle emotional processing to help clients stay with and release difficult feelings.

Outside of therapy, Elaine enjoys gardening and growing herbs, painting, and spending time with animals and her closest people.
