Rate: €30- €50

Conall is passionate about mental health, wellbeing, emotional intelligence and resilience having led development programmes in these areas with international organisations for over 15 years. He comes originally from a Learning and Development background, where he was executive lead manager for Wellbeing & Resilience training with a global organisation. Conall uses his deep understanding of the demands and challenges of modern work-life and the impact of social media to help clients to achieve positive mental health, wellbeing and resilience. He holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS) with a speciality in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness. He also holds an MBA from Manchester Business School. He is currently pursuing accreditation with the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP). Conall works with clients across a range of mental health areas, with a particular focus on those dealing with stress and burnout, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, Post Traumatic Stress, as well as clients living with attention deficit, dyslexia and neurodiversity.

Conall has a deep interest in understanding people and what leads us to think, feel and behave the way we do. Working in a safe and supportive environment, he creates a space for each client to explore, understand and grow from their past or present issues. He works from an integrative therapy approach applying his speciality in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness where appropriate. He believes in creating a therapeutic alliance with each client and working in a supportive, non-judgmental, and confidential space to help clients understand, heal and grow. Conall believes that through exploring and understanding our core beliefs and the things that drive our thoughts, feelings and behaviours we can learn to heal and grow, and so move forward in our lives.
