Rate: €60 Individual, €120 Couples. Online student rate €50.
Claire is a trauma-informed counsellor offering therapy to individuals, couples, and adolescents aged 15 and up. With a compassionate and flexible approach, Claire supports clients facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Her practice is rooted in empathy, personalisation, and professional excellence.
Claire holds an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as a BA (Hons) in Psychology. In addition to her formal education, she has undertaken further training in areas such as sexual violence, complex trauma, and neurodiversity. This background helps her offer trauma-informed counselling that is both inclusive and evidence-based.
As an integrative therapist, Claire tailors therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. She draws from a range of modalities including Mindfulness-Based CBT (MCBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Person-Centred Therapy (PCT).
