Available: Monday & Friday 11am-6pm (In person – Limerick), Tuesday 9am-9pm & Friday 9am-6pm (Online)

Rate: €60 Individual, €120 Couples. Online student rate €50.

Claire is a trauma-informed counsellor, supporting Individuals, Couples and Adolescents (15+). Claire has a MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a BA(Hons) in Psychology. Further areas of training have been in sexual violence, trauma and neurodiversity.

In the role as an integrative therapist, Claire believes that therapy should be tailored towards the individual. Common types of therapy that are utilised are; Mindfullness-Based CBT (MCBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Person-Centred Therapy (PCT).

Claire has worked with an array of different individuals, some common themes worked with are; Low Self Esteem, Boundaries, Body Image Issues, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Personal Development, Sexual Violence, Childhood Trauma, LGBTQIA+ related exploration, and Relationship Breakdown.

Claire is a neurodivergent and LCBTQIA+ affirmative therapist who works to create a safe space for individuals, with an informal, flexible approach to create long standing positive change.
