Hi there, my name is Ana, and I am a psychotherapist in training, currently pursuing a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Integrative Modalities) with ICHAS in Ireland. I am Brazilian and have been living in Ireland for the past 10 years, so I deeply understand the challenges of moving away from your home country and adapting to a new culture.

With a background in Psychology (I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Bahia in Brazil and am a Graduate Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland), Education, and Trust and Safety, I am passionate about diversity, inclusion, and equality. I am dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals on their journey toward self-discovery and healing. I value a compassionate and supportive approach, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centered, psychoanalytic, and cognitive-behavioral theories, adapting my techniques to the needs of each client and our therapeutic goals.

I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly share your fears, struggles, and experiences. Together, we can explore these challenges in a collaborative and empathetic environment.
