Hi, I’m Holly – a psychotherapist in training offering integrative psychotherapy to individuals looking for a safe, collaborative, and compassionate space. I am currently completing a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Integrative Modalities) at the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS). My approach blends theory with lived experience, grounded in my professional background in public affairs across both public and corporate sectors over the past decade.

As someone committed to equality and inclusion, I believe that therapy should be an empowering experience for everyone. I strive to offer a non-judgemental and welcoming environment, where each individual can feel truly seen and supported. At the heart of my practice is the belief that many people already have valuable skills and insights — therapy can help you reconnect with those inner strengths.

As an integrative therapist-in-training, I draw from multiple therapeutic frameworks rather than focusing on one singular method. My work is influenced by Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This flexibility allows me to adapt sessions to meet your individual needs and pace.

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, or just seeking greater self-awareness, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we can explore the challenges you’re facing and find meaningful ways forward.
