I am a Trainee Integrative Psychotherapist in Ireland currently pursuing my Master’s in Integrative Psychotherapy. I am passionate about helping clients explore, heal, and create meaningful change in their lives. Since every person brings their own experiences and challenges, I believe therapy must be tailored accordingly.

In my practice, I actively create a safe and warm space where clients feel heard without judgment. Consequently, this approach allows clients to open up about difficult feelings, thoughts, and beliefs. Additionally, I integrate various therapeutic modalities such as Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Inner Child work, and Gestalt therapy to best support each person’s unique journey.

Building a trusting therapeutic relationship plays a key role in effective therapy. Therefore, I am dedicated to accompanying clients as they develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth. Whether you face anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or personal development challenges, my goal is to support you with empathy and respect.

As a Trainee Integrative Psychotherapist in Ireland, I remain committed to ongoing learning and growth to provide the most effective support possible. Together, we can explore your challenges and unlock your potential in a collaborative and compassionate environment.
